Craig Marolf, Chairman of the Constitution Party of Indiana, recently issued this Press Release:
The officers of the Constitution Party of Indiana voted recently to disaffiliate and disassociate the state party from the national party. Twenty-eight years have created a track record and the fruit on the tree can be plainly seen. This vote demonstrated a vote of "no confidence" in the current and incoming leadership of the national executive committee. We envision the executive committee leading the party in a direction that will produce the same results that we have seen for the past several years. In addition, the national committee spoke plainly on May 2nd that they approve of the current trajectory of the party.

Indiana actually disaffiliated on Thursday, June 15th, but asked me to send the Press Release to you today because of the Texas and Illinois disaffiliations that occurred on Saturday. However, they did send in the notice and received the acknowledgement by the Constitution Party on Friday. I will also add that the decision was unanimous by all the attending members at the special State Convention that was held.
There are indicators that other states (beside Georgia that you already mentioned) will also soon be disaffiliating from the party. There could be as many as 5 other states that will be joining Texas, Illinois, and Indiana in their disaffiliation from the party within the next two months.
