Texas Libertarian Gives Party Best Showing in New Poll

A West Texas Libertarian is giving his party its best showing in a new statewide poll released this week. Kerry McKennon, a Libertarian from Hale County, pulled in 4 percent among registered voters in a new poll released by Texas Lycecum this week. McKennon is his party's nominee for lieutenant governor this year, facing Republican Dan Patrick and Democrat Mike Collier. Patrick earned 32 percent and Collier earned 23 percent in the survey among registered voters...
